1. Who we are
Duo Design is a startup based in Tilburg, the Netherlands, developing modular wall tiles from recycled cardboard. For privacy-related questions, contact us at info@duo-design.nl.
2. What data we collect
Through the contact forms on our website, we collect only:
- Name
- Email address
- Organisation (optional)
- Your message or project description
3. Cookies, tracking & analytics
Our website uses cookies and tracking scripts to analyse website usage and improve the user experience. We also collect analytics data such as page views, visit duration and device information. This data is processed anonymously and is not linked to your personal data from contact forms.
4. How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Respond to your enquiry (sample or pilot partner)
- Contact you about your project or question
We send no newsletters, do no marketing, and do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Form processing
Our forms are processed through FormSubmit.co, an external service that forwards your submission to us via email. FormSubmit does not store data long-term. Please refer to their privacy policy for more information.
6. Retention period
We retain your data only as long as needed to handle your request. Emails are kept no longer than 12 months after completion, unless an ongoing collaboration results from it.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access — request which data we hold about you
- Rectification — have incorrect data corrected
- Erasure — have your data deleted
- Objection — object to the processing of your data

8. Security
Our website is served over a secure connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but as a small startup we cannot guarantee absolute security.
